I felt like my initial drawing of Snow White was too &#8220;flat design&#8221;, but after adding the background and the music, she felt right at home in my film noir interpretation of the classic fairy tale.<\/p>\n<p>At first is was just an animated short film, but the surprise twist was that I had to turn the movie into a game, which messed up my initial characterization of Snow White as a femme fatale, who knowingly seduced the Hunter with her innocence, so she could escape her jealous step mother&#8217;s penthouse apartment.<br \/>\nAfter having turned it into a game with different outcomes, the story ended up either turning her into a damsel in distress (which is guess is also genre appropriate), or a cigarette spokesperson, which wasn&#8217;t my intention.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Snow White and the Hunter This project was about growing familiar with jQuery, Illustrator, and different graphic styles.
