After almost two years of experience at a youth club for boys aged 10-18, I felt it was time to define some of the values of our club, to introduce other volunteers to our culture.
I had grown tired of us always discussing the same issues, and reaching the same conclusions. This handbook is meant as a foundation for our club, where our agreed upon values are available to everyone.
